InjuryScripts Tracker
The tracking system began due to the want to go beyond what pharmacy software had to offer. The goal has always been to give the patient the best pharmacy experience possible from start to finish. It started with an order tracking system and has grown into a customer relationship management system with a few added extras. The proprietary software is ever evolving with new feature updates regularly.
My Role:
I am the project manager and system designer. I create the stories, mockups, interactions, and present each project to the stakeholders. I use Jira to my advantage for managing and keeping communication between the internal team and the developers. Over the last 6+ years, I have been an integral part of helping the system grow to what it has today.
Current System Projects:
Security Updates to ensure 2 factor authentication is being used by all users.
Creating a prescriber portal : for request approvals and status updates.
Integrating shipping software to shorten the inhouse shipping process and to better communicate with our customers what carrier their order is being sent from.
Updating our prescription refill process to increase productivity and to allow the computer to work for us.
