Human Design Goal
Provide management with a confidential platform to browse anonymized customer feedback to more accurately identify and examine the relationship between the customer experience and sales.
I started out the project by some research to see what other programs were around that could possibly be a competitor to this one. I then moved forward with creating different mood boards followed by style tiles to decide the themes I wanted to move through and tested them with users. The crowd favorite was the dark theme. Creating a dark themed platform was new to me and took much research to learn that you do not want to create with pure black and white.
